Life...As I Know It

     Well the decision was FINALLY made on what to name this blog. I had wanted to start one for a long time but could never decide what to write about or what I would name this blog. So, after much deliberation and with the help of a few of my friends ;), I finally made my decision. Life, Love and Jimmy Choos. 

    Why this title you ask?? Well, for starters, I always knew I wanted to write about my everyday life in a blog and everything that goes along with that. The LOVE part, is special to me because in this blog I will show bits and pieces of the people that make up my life and the love I have for them is indescribable. But it's also about the love I have for Christ and the unconditional love that he never fails to show me everyday even though I am so undeserving. Now for the tough question....Why include Jimmy Choos in the title?

   Well for those of you who don't know, I am a Fashion major and I love all things that are associated with that word. It is one of the VERY FEW things I feel I am good at and I decided this last year to make a career out of it. This blog not only will talk about life and love but will include fashion excerpts, advice and the latest finds as well.  I sort of have a shoe addiction...if you wanna call it that. I LOVE THEM. I chose Jimmy Choos to be in the title of this blog because 1) They are GORGEOUS shoes, if you have not looked at them, DO IT! 2) I have always dreamed of owning a pair..silly I know to dream of something as minor as a pair of shoes but HEY...to each his own. 3) That was the sort of hidden point I wanted to make with this blog. That in our day to day lives we experience many things, such as love but we sometimes forget about our dreams or think they are too small to worry about, like my dreaming of owning a pair of Jimmy Choos. But, this blog will hopefully remind everyone, including myself, that it is ok to dream, even if it is about something that you yourself find stupid. I will be talking a lot about my dreams for my future on here as well. So don't worry...you are not alone. You keep dreaming...and I will too. I'll keep dreaming about my Jimmy Choos :) 

Oh and one more thing... I am a music fanatic as well and since this is a blog, where you use words, you may occasionally find lyrics to some of my favorite songs posted on here. :) Thought it might be fun! 

Well, I know this may all seem confusing to some of you, and I may be rambling on and on a little too much for this to be my first official blog post but, I wanted all of you to know my heart and the reason behind me doing this. I hope you will enjoy reading it and I can't wait to share my life with all of you!
